Patient Satisfaction Survey Results:

At Family Care Plus Physical Therapy and Wellness, we deliver personalized care with emphasis on patient outcomes and patient satisfaction. We always involve patients in their care.

Since August 2006, we have collected 718 patient satisfaction surveys from patients who successfully completed their therapy.

Here is the snapshot of the results:

• 88.99% (639 out of 718 patients) reported 50% and above improvement.
• 100% (718 out of 718 patients) stated that our staff was caring and friendly.
• 95.82% (688 out of 718 patients) reported overall satisfaction with our services and and the outcome they received.
• 99.44% (714 out of 718 patients) stated they would recommend our practice to family and friends. (4 patients did not mark anything on the survey.)

We make sure that we understand the needs of each patient. Every patient is treated equally and respectfully.

Patients always work with a licensed Physical Therapist on each visit. We are a fully staffed and fully equipped facility and our staff takes pride in our services.
