Family Care Plus Physical Therapy and Wellness is proud to partner with the City Of Burton, Michigan and Burton Chamber Of Commerce in supporting Burton Race Series

Family Care Plus Physical Therapy is a proud sponsor of our local Burton Races: Hot Chocolate, Race2Grace 5K, Burton Memorial Day 5K run, and Veterans Honor Run 11K.

We are also a Burton Chamber Of Commerce Member.

Family Care Plus Physical Therapy and Wellness serves uninsured and underinsured patients and we also treat patients from Genesee County Free Medical Clinic. Sachin Desai, P.T. has chosen to volunteer and provide services to local homeless shelter residents at no cost.
